Or maybe not. I got weighed before using the restroom... maybe it made a 1.5 lb difference? Not enough I'm sure. :-(

But I still wear my bodybugg. I wonder what's going on. Either the calorie burning gadget is reading too high, or I'm underestimating my calories.

I think one of the things is McDonald's by default will make coffees with whole milk, even if they are supposed to default to nonfat. So that could be another 50-100 calories or so, I suppose.

Or maybe the eating late at night is making fat stay more, and calories are not being burned as efficiently as they could be.

Meh.

I think I lost one more pound. But I weighed myself right after I stuffed myself with pita chips and guacamole, sooo mighta been a little skewed. ha.

I lost weight again.

I came in at 164.8... down 3.2 lbs in 8 days. I think most of that was due to having gone to the bathroom before being weighed.

But I probably did lose some. I'm down almost 2 lbs from where I was in late July.

I haven't weighed myself in a while. But I feel like if I tried right now, it wouldn't be accurate.

I think it's best to do it like once a week at the same time, same scale.

ohhh that makes a lot of sense. Well I have to be really discreet about when I do it because the scale is in my parents' bathroom, and if my mom sees me in there weighing myself she'll get really nosy and tell me I weigh too much no matter what number I tell her.
