Today I fished.

for the first time. Never have before. Went with bf and his brother at Lake Chabot for catfish.

aaaaand nobody caught anything

But it was pretty neat! I thought it was fun casting out and all that. Except there was so much plantlife around that the hook would get caught and pull up ten pounds of seaweed n shit. "Oh my god, is that a fish?! wait... no, that's just shit." haha

I've washed my hands about a dozen times and I've taken a shower, but I can still smell the bait on my fingertips... shit was naaaasty.

I wouldn't have cared if I had to throw it back! Woulda just taken a picture and sent the little guy on his way. We were allowed to take back any fish we caught but noOOOoo. Coulda had catfish for dinner tonight but noOOOoo!
